Practice the selection of healthy foods and a balanced diet while being active and having fun. Customized activity pack features flags and coated-foam balls with printed vibrant food graphics from all 5 food groups as well as junk food items. Teams race to capture all the fruit or veggie balls and bring them safely to their home zone, but if a junk food tagger pulls one of your healthy flags, you must freeze and perform an exercise until a healthy helper comes to free you. The first team to capture all fruit or veggie balls, or the team with the most when time runs out wins!
